What are the benefits?

For IT

InviSIP™ is built to help your IT team by being written in well-documented and state-of-the-art architecture and top-tier code quality. Whether you’ll buy the platform to manage yourself or have us take care of all updates and security – InviSIP™ will help you keep focus on your core business.

For operations

InviSIP™ is also easy to adjust according to your needs. Let’s say you're in the sales team and want to get a specific data field updated in the blink of an eye rather than updating once a day - we’ll set that up for you!

For management

InviSIP™ will be your cost-effective, scalable, and always-running engine keeping your data secure, at hand and easy to access no matter the solutions you’re currently using or what industry you’re in. This is just a pure win for every stakeholder or employee in your company.

How does it work?

Invise Service Integration Platform (InviSIP™) is built to grow. Not only is it a one-stop-shop for integrating your system of choice into HubSpt but it also supports all of your current tech stack.

By using a comprehensive and well-structured integration platform (we’ll get into the details
later on) we give power back to your core business. Why spend timeindividually connecting your systems, creating a shit show of scattered data that is expensive and tricky to manage, when you can use one platform to rule them all.

By streamlining the most common use cases and opening up for change and scalability, it’s impossible to actually outgrow this solution.

And you know what? You only pay hardware costs for actual server usage, and to sleep well at night - we’ll keep everything up and running with SLAs to die for.

But.. How did you actually design it?

Let’s make an example. Imagine you have a system called System X that is crucial for your business, but you also use HubSpot as your CRM. Well, this is a standard approach. Two systems talking to each other.

Now add another system to that recipe.

Did you catch that? Almost nothing changed even though Microsoft Dynamics suddenly appeared. Well, that’s the magic. By having a solid foundation in the platform, we only need to add the outermost layer to the integration. The investment drops significantly. And the best part? You can do this over, and over, and over again.

Technical description

aws

InviSIP™ is a service-based event-driven integration platform. By using a service-based architecture we eliminate the direct dependencies between the integrated systems which allow for a more modular approach to your tech stack in the area.

We believe this is quite important as we experience the needs of an organization vary quite a lot over time depending on the size of your organization and the continuous development of applications in the area.

Having the platform event-driven further allows for decoupling applications by their operational state-If one system is experiencing downtime no other system would ever be impacted by it.

We’ve built it on AWS and always choose the most cost-effective implementation for you as we never add anything to the hardware costs. Given that the events for CRM-related integrations rarely are latency dependent, like you would need the sync to be done within <200ms, we often deploy the functionality on serverless functions for cost saving. If you have a high volume use case we would simply calculate if it makes more sense to deploy parts of your solution in an always-on environment, not rocket science by any means but worth mentioning.

Hi! I'm Fredrik, CTO & Partner at Invise. I'm happy to give you more insights!

We'll help you define, quote and implement the integration you want - even if it's not listed here!

What we need from you in order to provide the best possible follow-up is that you try to answer these questions as best you can:

  • Which systems do you want to integrate?
  • Which use cases should be supported?
  • What are must-haves and what are nice-to-haves?
  • How much data flow are we talking about approximately?
  • Does the synchronization have to be in real time or is a daily update sufficient?
  • Do you want us to take responsibility for the entire work, or do you want us as a senior advisor?
  • Do you have an existing integration platform or  is there something else we should know about?

If you don't know the answer to one or more of the questions above, no problem - we will help you develop a good requirement specification!
