There are both ready-made integrations built by HubSpot or by third parties - usually free or at a low cost.
Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) offers a slightly more dynamic and modular approach where you usually configure and adapt integration flows yourself through an interface that (usually) does not require specific technical expertise. A common iPaaS solution is e.g. Zapier where the rules are often as simple as "if x happens, do y". Just search the two systems you wish to connect and Zapier will list which triggers and actions are available.
This is what this page is primarily about. An integration solution that is completely tailored for you, where we (or you) build and manage the integration solution in the preferred platform. Custom integration is for businesses with unique needs that cannot be met by standard OOTB solutions or iPaaS solutions. You win some, you lose some. A tailor-made integration can usually be done almost exactly as you wish - no matter how complex it is. The downside here is of course that the price will be higher than the above options.
