We support you through initial setup steps and activation of basic functions such as support forms, ticket pipeline and customer survey tools. All for you to be able to quickly utilize the platform's potential.

I Core Onboarding ingår:

1. Meet & greet: 

Digital start-up meeting where you get to meet your project manager and dedicated HubSpot expert. We focus on your goals with HubSpot Service Hub and how to configure the tool so that it meets the needs of your particular organization. 

2. HubSpot Service Demo + Definition of ticket pipeline & data fields: 

Demo review of the HubSpot Service Hub where you get basic advice and a good understanding of the tool's various functions.

  • Before the review, you will receive a document from us to fill in, with points such as: 
  • Which steps do you want in your ticket pipeline 
  • Which data points you want on your incoming cases
  • Which possible customer surveys you want and when you want them 

3. Setup according to our agreement:

Our HubSpot specialists set up your hub according to best practice and your wishes

4. Training package

Same as included in Service Hub Light Onboarding.

During three training sessions, we make sure you understand how HubSpot Service Hub as a tool can help your organization, how your salespeople can work more effectively with sales and how you create the dashboards and reports you need to measure and follow up on your results.
